How To Make Taco Lasagna

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in taco seasoning and salsa. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Place 2 tortillas in the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.

Spread half of the beef mixture over the tortillas. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheese.

Repeat layers with remaining tortillas, beef mixture, and cheese.

Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.

Serve with dollops of sour cream, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and chopped cilantro.
