- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- For the dressing:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Instructions

Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, green onions, almonds, and sesame seeds.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic.
