How To Make Turkey Ramen

Ingredients
- 1 pound of turkey meat, cooked and shredded
- 4 eggs
- 8 cups of chicken broth
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 inches of ginger, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of mirin
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup of shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 4 packs of ramen noodles
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until fragrant.

Add the shredded turkey meat and shiitake mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes.

Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, and mirin. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, boil the eggs in a separate pot for 6-7 minutes. Remove from heat, cool in ice water, and peel.

Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Once the soup is done simmering, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Divide the cooked ramen noodles among 4 bowls. Ladle the turkey soup over the noodles.

Top each bowl with a sliced boiled egg and chopped green onions.
