How To Make Roast Broccoli & Sesame Ramen Noodle Bowls

Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (optional)
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a mixing bowl, toss the broccoli florets with sesame oil, soy sauce, and honey. Spread them out on a baking sheet.

Roast the broccoli in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are crisp-tender and slightly charred.

While the broccoli is roasting, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a small pan, toast the sesame seeds over medium heat until golden brown. Set aside.

In serving bowls, divide the cooked ramen noodles, roasted broccoli, and sliced green onions.

Drizzle with Sriracha sauce if desired and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
