Ingredients

  • 500g prawns, cooked and peeled
  • 2 large oranges, peeled and sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the prawns, orange slices, red onion, avocado, and cilantro.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the prawn mixture and toss gently to combine.

  4. Serve the prawn salad chilled and enjoy!
