- 6 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 red chili, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, cucumber, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, mint, and basil.

In a small bowl, whisk together the chopped chili, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
