Ingredients

  • 6 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 red chili, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, cucumber, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, mint, and basil.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the chopped chili, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.

  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
