How To Make Chilli & Lime Steak Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Add steak slices to the bowl and marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak for 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

Remove steak from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.

In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, avocado, red onion, and cilantro.

Slice the steak into thin strips and add it to the salad bowl.

Drizzle the dressing from the marinade over the salad and toss to combine.
