How To Make Chilli and Cilantro Guacamole Recipe
This is a zesty and flavorful guacamole that has a spicy kick from the chilli and freshness from the cilantro.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 red onion, finely diced
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.

Mash the avocado with a fork, leaving some chunks for texture.

Add the red onion, red chilli, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper to the bowl.

Mix well. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Serve with tortilla chips or as a side to any Mexican dish.
