How To Make Hot-smoked salmon salad with a chilli lemon dressing

Ingredients
- 8 oz hot-smoked salmon, flaked
- 8 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small cucumber, sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, red onion, cucumber, avocado, and cilantro.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.

Gently fold in the flaked hot-smoked salmon.

Divide the salad onto plates and serve immediately.
