Chicken breasts are basted with thyme, rosemary, sage, and marjoram then baked into perfection until their skins are crisp and their insides are juicy.

Ingredients
- 3tbspolive oil
- 1tbsponion,minced
- 1clovegarlic,crushed
- 1tspdried thyme
- ½tspdried rosemary,crushed
- ¼tspground sage
- ¼tspdried marjoram
- ½tspsalt
- ½tspground black pepper
- ⅛tsphot pepper sauce
- 4chicken breast,bone in, halves, with skin
- 1½tbspfresh parsley,chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

In a bowl, prepare the basting sauce by combining olive oil, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, sage, marjoram, salt, pepper, and hot pepper sauce.

Turn chicken breasts in sauce to coat thoroughly. Place skin side up in a shallow baking dish. Cover.

Roast at 425 degrees F, basting occasionally with pan drippings, for about 35 to 45 minutes.

Remove to warm platter, spoon pan juices over, and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
