How To Make Yellow Pepper Rice

Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 2 yellow bell peppers, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1 tsp of turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp of cumin powder
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add onions and garlic and sauté until onions are translucent.

Add diced yellow bell peppers and grated carrots. Cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.

Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.

Add cooked rice to the pan and mix until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.
