Ingredients
- 250g beef mince
- 250g pork mince
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 zucchini, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for cooking
Instructions

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.

Add the beef and pork mince to the pan, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned and cooked through.

Add the grated carrot, zucchini, and diced red bell pepper to the pan. Cook for another 5 minutes, until vegetables are tender.

Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef stock, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 15-20 minutes, until flavors are well combined.

Serve the multi mince recipe hot, with your choice of side dishes such as mashed potatoes or pasta.
