How To Make Tuscan Risotto

- 2tbspolive oil
- 1large onion,minced
- 1cupArborio rice,uncooked
- 32ozSwanson® Tuscan Chicken Flavor Infused Broth,(1 carton), heated
- ½cupparmesan cheese,grated
Instructions

Heat the oil in a 4-quart saucepan over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir the rice in the saucepan. Add ½ cup of the broth and cook, then stir until it’s absorbed.

Add the remaining broth, ½ cup at a time, stirring until the broth is absorbed before adding more.

Stir in the cheese before serving. Enjoy!

Flavor variation: Stir in â…“ cup of chopped sun-dried tomatoes and 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh basil leaves before serving.
