Full of rustic Italian flavors, this pesto panini is a quick & easy dish that you can whip up with 4 ingredients & is perfect for lunch or a light dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1ciabatta roll,individual-sized
  • 2slicesprosciutto
  • 1sliceprovolone cheese
  • 2tbsppesto sauce
  • roasted red peppers,optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat panini grill.

  2. Slice the ciabatta in half horizontally, and fill with layered prosciutto, provolone, pesto and red peppers.

  3. Fold together and grill for 5 minutes, or until bread is lightly golden and cheese is melted. Slice horizontally and serve.
