Ingredients

  • 4 white fish fillets
  • 4 slices of prosciutto
  • 4 tbsp of pesto
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, then wrap each fillet with a slice of prosciutto.

  3. Place the wrapped fillets in a baking dish, then spread a tablespoon of pesto over each fillet.

  4. In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the fish.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
