How To Make Prosciutto & Pesto Fish Gratin

Ingredients
- 4 white fish fillets
- 4 slices of prosciutto
- 4 tbsp of pesto
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, then wrap each fillet with a slice of prosciutto.

Place the wrapped fillets in a baking dish, then spread a tablespoon of pesto over each fillet.

In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the fish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
