How To Make Lighter Pizza Margherita

Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat pizza dough
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.

Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
