How To Make Buffalo Chicken Calzone

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, shredded mozzarella, and green onions. Mix well.

Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto one half of the dough, leaving a border around the edges.

Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and press the edges together to seal.

Transfer the calzone to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley.

Brush the melted butter mixture over the top of the calzone.

Using a sharp knife, make a few small slits in the top of the calzone to allow steam to escape.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the calzone is golden and crispy.
