Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of pasta
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup of fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

  4. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.

  5. Stir in the cooked pasta and basil. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.

  7. Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
