How To Make Summer Meatballs & Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 jar marinara sauce
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.

In a separate pot, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat the marinara sauce in a large saucepan over medium heat. Once heated, add the cooked meatballs and simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve the meatballs and sauce over the cooked spaghetti.
