How To Make Summer Meatballs & Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 1 jar marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.

  4. In a separate pot, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  5. Heat the marinara sauce in a large saucepan over medium heat. Once heated, add the cooked meatballs and simmer for 10 minutes.

  6. Serve the meatballs and sauce over the cooked spaghetti.

  7. Enjoy!
