How To Make Quick One-Pot Chicken Alfredo Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups milk
- 8 ounces fettuccine noodles
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add chicken pieces to the pot and cook until browned on all sides. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Pour in chicken broth and milk, then add fettuccine noodles. Stir well to combine.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and cover the pot. Cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are cooked through.

Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes. The sauce will thicken as it cools.
