Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

  3. Add the drained tuna to the skillet and break it apart with a spoon. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Add cooked spaghetti and broccoli to the skillet. Toss to combine.

  5. Add lemon zest and juice to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss again to coat everything with the lemony sauce.

  6. Serve the Lemon Spaghetti with Tuna & Broccoli hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese.
