How To Make Spaghetti with Broccoli & Anchovies

Ingredients
- 12 ounces spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 anchovy fillets, chopped
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped anchovies. Cook until the anchovies dissolve and the garlic is fragrant, about 2 minutes.

Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes, until they are tender-crisp.

Stir in the red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine everything well.

Serve the spaghetti with broccoli and anchovies hot, topped with grated parmesan cheese.
