How To Make Spaghetti with Tomato, Chilli & Tuna Salsa

Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped chili, and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the diced tomatoes, tuna, tomato paste, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to the pan. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss well to coat the pasta with the sauce.

Serve the spaghetti with the tomato, chilli, and tuna salsa topped with fresh basil leaves and grated Parmesan cheese.
