How To Make Spaghetti & Tuna Balls

Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the tuna, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Add the beaten eggs to the tuna mixture and mix until everything is well combined.

Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the tuna balls and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Pour the marinara sauce into the skillet, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the tuna balls are cooked through.

Serve the spaghetti topped with the tuna balls and marinara sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
