
How To Make Honey Garlic Butter Scallops
This pan-seared dish marinates tender scallops in honey, soy sauce, and lemon for an easy-to-make, belly-filling scallops recipe!

Ingredients
- ½cuphoney
- ¼cupsoy sauce
- 3garlic cloves,minced
- 1small lemon,juiced
- 1lblarge scallops
- 2tbspbutter
- green onions,for garnish
Instructions

In a small bowl whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon. Add ½ of the sauce to the scallops and let marinate for 30 minutes. Reserve remaining sauce.

In a medium-sized skillet at the butter. Add the scallops and discard the marinade. Season with salt and pepper.

Turn the heat to medium-high. Sear scallops for 3 to 3½ minutes on each side until they are golden brown on each side.

Add the reserved sauce to the skillet. Cook until the sauce starts to thicken and add scallops back in to coat.

Garnish with green onions and serve.
