Ingredients

  • 8 oz. chicken breast, sliced
  • 8 oz. noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

  3. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes.

  4. Stir in the onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sriracha sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper, and chicken broth. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetable mixture. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  6. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss until well coated with the sauce.

  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
