- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 4 cups cooked egg noodles
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
-
In a bowl, combine the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Add the beef slices and marinate for 10 minutes.
-
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
-
In a separate pan, heat vegetable oil for frying. Place the cooked egg noodles in a round cake mold and press down firmly. Carefully remove the noodle cake from the mold and transfer it to the hot oil.
-
Fry the noodle cake until crispy and golden brown on both sides. Remove from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
-
Slice the noodle cake into wedges and arrange on a serving platter. Top with the cooked beef slices and garnish with sliced green onions.
-
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
