How To Make Noodles with Turkey, Green Beans & Hoisin

Ingredients
- 8 oz noodles
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed and halved
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Stir in the green beans and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.

In a small bowl, whisk together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the turkey and green beans in the skillet and stir to coat evenly.

Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the noodles with turkey, green beans, and hoisin hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
