  • 2tbspVegetable Oil
  • 2clovesgarlicminced
  • 1tspginger
  • ½cupcarrotsjulienned
  • 1cupnapa cabbagesliced
  • 1cupBean Sprouts
  • 6ozchow mein noodlescooked according to package directions
  • 3green onionssliced
  • 1tspSesame seeds


  • cupchicken brothlow sodium
  • ¼cupsoy saucelow sodium
  • 2tbspoyster sauce
  • ½tspsesame oil
  • tspcornstarch


  1. Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

  2. Heat the oil in a stir fry pan or deep skillet over high heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 30 to 60 seconds.

  3. Add carrots and cabbage. Stir fry 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly tender.

  4. Add bean sprouts, noodles, and sauce and stir fry an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.

  5. Top with green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve warm.
