
How To Make Easy Chinese Fried Noodles

Ingredients
- 8 oz noodles (such as egg noodles or ramen noodles)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for a minute until fragrant.

Add the julienned carrot, sliced bell pepper, and shredded cabbage to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.

Push the vegetables to one side and add the cooked noodles to the pan. Toss everything together.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Pour the sauce over the noodles and vegetables. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.

Garnish with chopped green onions.
