Ingredients
- 1 lb pork loin, cut into chunks
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 4 small potatoes, boiled and quartered
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Add the pork chunks to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.

Thread the marinated pork, lemon slices, and quartered potatoes onto the skewers.
