How To Make Parsi Pancakes
No breakfast is complete without hot stacks of delicious pancakes! You may not be a morning person now, but with our yummy pancake recipes you certainly will be! Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Butter or oil for cooking
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve the Parsi pancakes warm with maple syrup, honey, or your favorite toppings.
