Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 24 round dumpling wrappers
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground pork, garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.

  2. Place a dumpling wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of filling onto the center of each wrapper.

  3. Dip your finger in water and wet the edges of the wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half over the filling, pressing the edges together to seal.

  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the pot stickers in a single layer and cook until the bottoms are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.

  5. Carefully pour water into the skillet, cover, and reduce heat to low. Let the pot stickers steam for 5 minutes, or until the wrappers are translucent and the filling is cooked through.

  6. Remove the lid and increase the heat to medium-high. Cook uncovered for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the bottoms are crispy.

  7. Serve hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
