  • 2 lbs boneless chicken (chopped)
  • 1 large egg
  • ¾ cup cornstarch
  • ¼ cup wheat flour
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp chili pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp orange zest
