  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a casserole dish.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, flour, melted butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until well combined.

  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add them to the pumpkin mixture. Stir until everything is evenly incorporated.

  4. Pour the mixture into the greased casserole dish.

  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is set and golden brown.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
