How To Make One-Pot Chili Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess grease.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot with the ground beef, and cook until the onion is translucent.

Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, elbow macaroni, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the macaroni is cooked and the liquid has reduced.

Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
