How To Make Chili Mac Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- shredded cheddar cheese, for garnish
- chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions

In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper, and cook until the vegetables are softened.

Stir in the kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Add the cooked macaroni to the chili mixture and stir until well coated. Cook for an additional 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serve the chili mac hot, garnished with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
