Ingredients

  • 1lblean ground beef
  • ½cuponion,diced
  • 6cupsbeef broth
  • 14oztomatoes,diced
  • 2tbsptomato paste
  • 1tspWorcestershire sauce
  • ½tsporegano
  • ½tspdried basil
  • cupselbow macaroni,uncooked
  • cupsmixed vegetables,frozen

Instructions

  1. In a large soup pot, brown the beef and onion until no pink remains. Drain any fat.

  2. Add the broth, tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 5 minutes.

  3. Stir in the macaroni noodles and vegetables, simmer for about 8 minutes or until the macaroni is tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Serve with shredded cheese, and enjoy!
