- 2 cups cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.

Add the ham, cheddar cheese, peas, corn, onion, and bell pepper to the egg mixture. Stir well to combine.
