Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 and 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.

Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.

Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Place 3 lasagna noodles on top.

Spread half of the remaining meat sauce over the noodles, followed by half of the sour cream. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top.

Repeat the layers with the remaining noodles, meat sauce, sour cream, and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before serving. Slice and enjoy!
