  • 4 cups frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the frozen hash browns, diced onion, diced green bell pepper, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, melted butter, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.

  3. Spread the hash brown mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
