- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, uncooked rice, chicken broth, milk, shredded cheddar cheese, frozen peas, frozen corn, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.
