Ingredients

  • 6 slices of bread, cubed
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of diced ham
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.

  2. Place the bread cubes in the prepared baking dish.

  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper. Pour the mixture over the bread cubes.

  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese, diced ham, and chopped green onions evenly over the top.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is set and the cheese is melted and golden brown.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
