Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 4 Italian sausages
  • 2 bell peppers, any color, sliced
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and half of the paprika. Brown the chicken on both sides in the skillet, then remove and set aside.

  4. In the same skillet, brown the sausages on all sides. Remove and set aside.

  5. Add the potatoes, bell peppers, garlic, and remaining paprika and thyme to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the potatoes begin to soften.

  6. Transfer the potato mixture to a baking dish, then place the chicken breasts and sausages on top.

  7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for another 15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
