Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 potatoes, cubed
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add kielbasa sausage and cook until browned on all sides.

  3. Remove sausage from skillet and set aside.

  4. In the same skillet, add peppers, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender.

  5. Add potatoes to the skillet and cook until they are golden brown and crispy.

  6. Return sausage to the skillet and toss everything together.

  7. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, until everything is heated through.

  8. Serve the kielbasa with peppers and potatoes hot.
