  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, cheddar cheese, diced onion, bell pepper, celery, and minced garlic.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, milk, salt, and black pepper. Pour over the chicken and rice mixture and stir until well combined.

  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
