How To Make Cauliflower Crouton Casserole
Ingredients
- 16 oz frozen cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup milk
- 1½ cups garlic croutons
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325F.
- Place the cauliflower in a microwave safe bowl, add water, cover and microwave for 6-7 minutes, or until tender.
- Drain and pour into a greased baking dish.
- Stir in the milk, cheeses and soup.
- Top with croutons, cover and baked for 10 minutes, or until bubbling and cheese is melted.
