Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 1 tsp of dried thyme
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Cut the cauliflower into small florets and place in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Combine the heavy cream, garlic, onion powder, and dried thyme in a separate mixing bowl.

  4. Pour the cream mixture over the cauliflower and stir until well coated.
