How To Make Baked Pineapple Casserole

- 2 (20 oz) cans of pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, combine the drained pineapple chunks, sugar, and flour.

Spread the pineapple mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the pineapple mixture.

In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter and crushed Ritz crackers.
