How To Make Best Beef Enchiladas Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup red enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the ground beef and cook until the onion is translucent.

Stir in the cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Pour in the enchilada sauce and stir to coat the beef mixture evenly. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave for about 10 seconds to make them more pliable.

Spoon a generous amount of the beef mixture onto each tortilla and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Roll up the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
